These terms apply when you use propadelschool.com.au, app.propadelschool.com.au (including our online book reader), or buy services or products from Pro Padel School Australia (ABN 19 618 939 611) (“PPS”, “we”, “us”). By booking, buying or using our services you agree to these terms.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with a service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

1. Our services

We provide padel club consulting and mentoring, coach education courses (in person and online), academy programmes, club technology, and digital books. Consulting and mentoring engagements are also governed by the written proposal or agreement we send you; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement applies.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Any GST, where applicable, is shown on your invoice.
Payment is made online through Stripe at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your place on a course is confirmed once payment is received.

3. In-person courses — cancellations

Cancelled by you 7 days or more before the start date: full refund.
Cancelled by you less than 7 days before the start date: no refund, but you can transfer your place to another date of the same course, or to another person, if you tell us before the course starts.
No-shows are not refunded.
Cancelled or rescheduled by us (for example, minimum numbers not reached or circumstances beyond our control): you can choose a full refund or a place on another date.

To cancel, email info@propadelschool.com.au. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days.

4. Online courses and digital books

Because digital content is delivered immediately, we do not give refunds once you have accessed it (opened a course or book), except where it is faulty or not as described, or where the Australian Consumer Law requires.
If you have a technical problem, contact us and we will fix it, give you a replacement or, if we cannot, refund you.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning. Accounts must not be shared, and you must not copy, download, record, resell or distribute any content.
We may suspend access if these rules are broken, to protect our content.
Certificates are issued once all course requirements are completed.

5. Participation and safety

Padel is a physical activity with some risk of injury. You must be fit to take part, follow the instructions of our coaches and tell us about anything that may affect your safe participation. Players under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Intellectual property

All content on our websites and in our courses, books, programmes and materials (including the PPS methodology, text, videos, images and logos) belongs to PPS or our licensors. You may not use it commercially without our written permission.

7. Use of our websites

You must not misuse our websites — for example, by trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with security, or sending spam through our forms. We may block access to protect our services and users.

8. Liability

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law and any rights that cannot be excluded, our liability for any service is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Results from consulting, coaching and training depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking or purchase applies to it.
